Unidentified gunmen suspected to be dissident Renamo junta opened fire on a bus, killing three of its passengers, in the central Mozambican province of Sofala.
Thursday morning’s incident is the third attack in the area, near the former military headquarters of the opposition Renamo party, which has signed a peace deal with the government.
The headquarters are now occupied by dissidents calling themselves the Renamo Military Junta.
