Top 5 essential oils for natural hair care

Essential oils are extracted from plants and are highly concentrated oils, with small molecules for easy and quick absorption.

It is always preferable to use natural plant and essential oils instead of synthetic oils as there are a myriad of benefits that essential oils provide.

Essential oils can even be used by both men and women and for all hair types, not just natural hair.

Always dilute your essentials by adding a few drops to a carrier oil like sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, castor oil or coconut oil before use.

An approximate guide to diluting essential oils is 10 drops of essential oil per 100ml of base oil

Not all essential oils are suitable for use by pregnant or nursing women, so be careful and do a little Google research before using a particular essential if you are pregnant or nursing.
